Dr. Peter Higgs

Peter is a co-founder and Chair of Wellers Impact Limited. He has extensive international experience
in funds management, including the following. He founded TGM in Australia in 1997, a specialist
global overlay asset management company, which he merged with an AI company. Peter is also a
co-founder and Chair of Peaceinvest in Geneva, a global investment firm using peace bonds
incorporating targeted, project and context-specific risk-reduction measures to improve the risk-
adjusted returns on investments and their positive impact on communities and societies. Finally,
Peter is an economist by training with a PhD from Harvard University.
